About Me

I am a predoctoral research fellow at MSR-CSS and a master's student studying Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) advised by Professor Dan Jurafsky. Previously, I completed my B.S. in Symbolic Systems (Human Computer Interaction) at Stanford, advised by Professor Michael Bernstein. I currently work in Professor Diyi Yang's SALT Lab on bias auditing for LLMs and with Professor Dan Jurafsky on broadening applications of LLMs for diverse users. Previously, I worked at the Responsible AI & Tech team at Salesforce, and as a Machine Learning Engineer at Reddit on privacy enhancing technologies. I am an EthiCS CA for CS 221(Artificial Intelligence: Principles and Techniques) and one of the head TAs for CS21SI (AI for Social Good).

My research explores the intersection between human-AI interaction, machine learning fairness/auditing, and responsible AI. I am interesting in analyzing how AI systems underdeserve and disproportionately harm marginalized communities.
